I hereby confirm that I have approved my child’s participation in the activity of selling products at the Young Entrepreneur Market at Al Mouj Muscat. I understand that the participation is on a first come first serve basis. I understand the nature of the activity and confirm that if my child is selected, my child’s participation is voluntary and under my supervision and responsibility.

I acknowledge that Al Mouj Muscat SAOC (the “Company”) is providing an opportunity for participation only and is not acting as a guardian or supervisor of my child. I agree that the Company shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from my child’s participation. I shall complete and sign any reasonable consent forms or documentation required by the Company prior to my child’s participation. I understand that my child shall not be allowed to participate in the absence of a signed consent form and any other documentation that may be reasonably requested by the Company.

I further confirm that I take full responsibility for my child’s conduct and compliance with applicable laws and instructions provided by the Company.

I acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect, use, and retain limited personal data relating to my child and myself (such as names, age, contact details, and participation records) solely for purposes related to administering, managing, and documenting the activity, in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the Sultanate of Oman, and that, where necessary for operational or administrative purposes, such data may be processed or stored outside the Sultanate of Oman, subject to appropriate safeguards.

What is the Young Entrepreneur Market?

A real marketplace where youth run a booth, sell to the public, and learn entrepreneurship by doing.

Who can apply?

Two tracks: Mouj Riders (11–14) and Tide Turners (15–18).

When is the first market?

13 February.

Do I need a parent/guardian?

Yes, parent/guardian details are required for registration and support on the day.

What can I sell?

Products you create, design, make, or meaningfully customize. No basic reselling.

Is there a limited number of booths?

Yes, spaces are limited. 50 stall available only. We’ll confirm selections by email.

What do I bring on the day?

Your products, pricing sign, and any display items. We provide you with vendor stall

Can two friends run one booth together?

Yes, if within the same age track and registered under one business name. (Optional rule.)
